Trying to do a cleansing diet.

This week, instead of starving myself (…as I tend to have done/be doing), I’m going to load up on veggies and water. I have vitamins I can take for those days and I may cave for a low cal smoothie with protein and no dairy to give me a little boost. But I’m going to stick with veggies. Lots of carrots, and cucumbers, and I may have to go shopping so I can get the ingredients for cucumber sandwiches. I could eat a thousand of them because they are delicious.
